For agencies

Families are comparing you online. HomeCareScorecard shows them your public record fairly and in context — and gives you free ways to make sure it's accurate.

Free, always

  • Claim your listing — confirm contact details, add a description and service area.
  • Corrections — report a matching or data error; we check every request against the source.
  • Review reply tool — draft HIPAA-safe replies to online reviews in your browser.

Future optional upgrades Planned — not available yet

We may later offer paid extras for agencies, such as an enhanced profile (photos, video, detailed service list), lead notifications, or tools for collecting verified family feedback. Nothing is for sale today.

Our promise: paid features will never change a score, a rank, the order of a list, or what public records we show. Any paid content will be clearly labeled as provided by the agency. Agencies can't pay to remove accurate public records.

How your score is calculated

Medicare quality (35%), Medicare patient/family survey (25%), Texas compliance record (25%), years licensed (15%). The best way to improve your score is the same as the best way to serve patients: strong Medicare quality measures and patient surveys, and a clean state inspection record. Full methodology.

Not Medicare-certified or no Medicare ratings yet? Your page shows “Not enough data yet,” never a low score.
